Greenfield Project at Kitemina
Our new facility in Kitemina is set to produce 30,000 MT of Copper Cathode and 5,000 MT of Cobalt Hydroxide annually, with commissioning trials starting in early 2025. A USD 100 million investment aimed at powering progress.

Surya Mines primarily focuses on the extraction of copper, cobalt, lead, zinc, and associated minerals from our extensive mining area in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Our operations are based in the Haut Katanga province of the Democratic Republic of Congo, with licenses covering approximately 1,000 km² of mining area.
We are developing a greenfield project in Kitemina, aimed at producing 30,000 MT of Copper Cathode and 5,000 MT of Cobalt Hydroxide annually. Commissioning trials are set to begin in early 2025.
